Having taken home Club Hub awards in 2020 and 2021, we were delighted to win Marketing Pop Star of the Year in 2023.

We were also proud to be finalists for Independent Business of the Year and Digital Business of the Year in the biggest awards for children's activity providers in the UK and judged by a panel of industry experts.

We've made a brand new series of videos and blogs with ideas on using their resources to inspire STEM learning around structures and mechanisms for EYFS to KS2.

We shared how STEM could be the perfect way for teachers to get pupils enjoying learning as they also develop key skills, like collaboration, lost during lockdown.

Laura Cross, founder of Inventors & Makers, is a regular contributor and STEM expert for the UK's leading professional development magazine for primary school teachers.

Inventors & Makers won the ClubHub UK Start-Up of the Year award for 2020.

 

The awards are judged by a panel of industry experts.

 

Inventors & Makers took first prize from children's activity providers in all sectors across the UK within their first three  years of operation.

Most Loved New Activity - Runner Up 2020

Inventors & Makers came in second in the What's On 4 Kids award for Most Loved New Activity.

 

The award is decided by votes from the public and is open to all kinds of children's activities all across the UK in their first three years  of operation.

West London Kids Feature

West London Kids featured us as the first in their Meet the Founder series of interviews.

​

Laura talks about life as a West London mum, a mum with a new business and an entrepreneur.

She talked about how what she learnt from her time in San Francisco influenced her in starting Inventors & Makers
