Invention & Design (yrs 1-2)

Children take part in design challenges and learn about inventions as they start to come up with invention ideas of their own. They then get the chance to build and construct to meet design challenges and use their imaginations. As they build, they will be required to use engineering principles, problem solving, creativity and collaboration. 

Our workshops have an informal and relaxed environment and are limited to a small number of children to maximise teacher support. After each workshop, parents receive detailed feedback on their child's participation, including photos where appropriate.

Our workshops for years 1-2 are led by an experienced KS1 teacher.

PRICING: All pricing information is available under ticket information. If you also book the Movie Making workshop for years 1-2 during the following week, you receive a discounted rate per day.

WRAP-AROUND CARE: You can book in advance for extended hours from 9-5 for a small additional fee.
