Staff STEM Training & CPD
Give Your Staff Confidence to Teach STEM
Research shows that when pupils engage with engineering and science regularly, their outcomes improve across the whole curriculum.
Our CPD sessions give your staff the knowledge, practical ideas, and confidence to bring STEM to life in their classrooms - without it feeling like extra work.
All sessions are planned and delivered by our Inventioneer teachers, who combine qualified teacher expertise with specialist STEM knowledge. We know how to make training practical, accessible, and actually useful for busy teachers.

“The INSET was amazing - all staff were engaged as there were so many practical ideas. Teachers have already used the ideas in their teaching."
- Goodwyn School, Barnet
"Clear delivery with lots of quick ideas for how to use AI in the classroom with different year groups. Lots of ideas crammed into an hour - not too complicated and accessible by all. Just enough information without becoming overwhelming."
- Val Ionta, Science and Computing Lead, St Edward's Primary School
"The resources were very easy to access, clearly presented and the activities were fun and engaging. All attendees left with practical ideas to take back to their classrooms. An excellent resource for teacher CPD - would highly recommend."
- Sharon Train, DT Coastal Collaborative Facilitator
