A weekly on-demand after-school class to explore the basics of engineering with practical tasks and builds every week. Each week is accessible as a specially recorded class to complete at a time that suits you. School years 3-6 only.

About the Event
Dates & Topics:
The six dates and topics for this club are shown below. The classes will become available on Mondays each week for you to complete in your own time. You will have access to all of the classes until one week after the final class of term.
- Monday 14th September - Fun with Boats
- Tuesday 2nd September - Introduction to Engineering & Inclined Planes
- Tuesday 29th September - Simple Machines & Levers
- Tuesday 6th October - Pulleys & Winches
- Tuesday 13th October - Towers
- Tuesday 20th October - Planes
Requirements:
- A device with sufficient internet speed for video
- Resources as shown at https://www.inventorsandmakers.com/class-resources All materials should be easily available online or from Pound stores. If there are any items you can't get hold of, please let us know so we can suggest alternatives
