App MAKER

Children will be presented with a problem or brief for which they must design their own app. They will use child-friendly software to design each screen within their app on paper and then import these designs to create a fully navigable iPad app. They will learn about app design and navigation as well as user testing and iteration. Guidance, examples and instructions will be given at each stage of the process.

As always at Inventors & Makers classes, the learning will focus on promoting problem solving, creativity and collaboration, while children take part in engaging activities.
