Hi! I'm Alex and I run Inventors & Makers sessions for schools and nurseries in Central Sussex and the surrounding area.
​
I have been a primary teacher for 35 years and a Forest School Leader for the past 12 years, during which time I've also run a freelance forest school holiday business.
I've delivered science and technology lessons to KS1 and KS2 for much of my career, both in the classroom and outside in the woods, and I'm excited to bring my love of creative, open-ended, and child-led learning to inspire the next generation of scientists and engineers in a fun and engaging way!
