Enrichment Days in Schools
D&T and STEM Assemblies & Workshops
"The assembly was beautifully pitched to engage our pupils, based on using their thinking, competitiveness and team building skills...by the end of the assembly they were all confident they could explain what engineering meant, and could imagine how their individual preferences and strengths could be applied to a career in engineering."

School Workshops in Action
What we can offer to your school
We work with schools who are struggling to fit D&T or STEM into their class time. We can take many aspects of the Design & Technology or Computing curriculum off your hands and provide pupils with engaging and inspiring workshops and assemblies.
Our workshops are tailored to your school's requirements and can be run for both KS1 and KS2.
Schools booking multiple days qualify for a discount on our single day rate.
If you work in a school, contact us to hear more about our school's packages.
If you're a parent and would like us to come into your child's school, please get in touch.
The Serious Bit....
The class leader, Laura Cross, is a qualified and experienced teacher.
She has an enhanced DBS (criminal record) check and pediatric first aid training.
All classes are fully insured and a risk assessment is carried out prior to each session.

The activities were really good. The children enjoyed working in teams too. The structure was very good because it allowed everyone to join in. Resources were included which really helped. Definitely would recommend this workshop to other teachers!

It was a great workshop to encourage children's creativity while consolidating key learning. I loved seeing my children engaged in the workshop from the very beginning to the very end of it. It was also so inclusive and every single child could partake in it.
Laura was amazing. Would love to her back next time. Really, really enjoyed her session and I am sure my children would agree 100% !
Christ the Saviour Primary School, Ealing
"The assembly was exciting, interesting and informative. All children who took part - whether they were in the audience or the quiz team - had great fun and learned a lot about the engineering profession. The children were chatting about engineering way after the assembly. I bet we will have several more future engineers in our cohort now!"
