Weekend: Christmas STEAM Little STEAMers

In this class we get into the festive spirit with some Christmas-themed STEAM. We engineer toy shutes, get creative with ice lanterns and stack our own Christmas trees.

Learning & Benefits of This Class:

• Science - freezing and melting; changing gradients to affect speed; floating and sinking
• Engineering - building chutes and chute systems; stacking
• Arts - decorating trees and lanterns
• Maths - relative sizes (bigger, smaller, biggest, smallest); counting; 2D and 3D shapes (semi circles, cones).
